Just like Australia&#039;s hoping and wishing industry would solve the issue on their own, the federal Liberal&#039;s hoping and wishing the word &quot;Kyoto&quot; alone, with no plan, would fix Canada&#039;s issue was straight out of dreamland.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think what we have learned so far is that if we really want something to happen on the global warming front, we have to make something happen. So all eyes are on Australia.</description>
